Career clusters are a great way to introduce career exploration to students early! Most students don’t know what they want to do when they grow up. They do start to develop an idea of their interests and skills as they are in middle school and high school. Career clusters are a great way for students to narrow down the thousands of career opportunities into areas that match their strengths and interests.

Option 4: Hybrid. Read the descriptions to students. Give them a few moments to think about the answer and then share the description with them.
